I was about to post my info because it "wasn't working," but it was just me being silly. There are three steps ppl:
1. Put .js file in your "User Scripts" dir.
2. Modify your chrome shortcut to include --enable-user-scripts switch.
3. Restart chrome
I'm using dev chrome: 4.0.213.1 on Win7 RC
Thanks!

Re: Helvetical for Google Chrome

OK. It is a bit on the over dramatic side! Finally light rail went through! Took almost a decade right?

I totally remember that framing shop- I think it was almost across from the community college, if you walk down toward Taco Del Mar or La Puerta. So many good memories from that area. I loved walking to the restaurants, REI, the record store, to shows and grocery store. At the same time there was so many freakish and amazing things that happened to us there that I'll never forget. We have a lot of good laughs that's for sure- homeless dudes singing christmas carols on roller skates and asking me which reindeer was my favorite, people jumping off the building next door into our dumpster, walking up our stoop to find fresh blood on the landing only to step over it to get in the door (!!), finding broken heroine pipes in the dryer, you throwing apples at dudes in the parking lot for leaf blowing in the summer at 3am, the awesome pride parades from our window, watching fireworks over the sound from our place too, impromptu marching bands in the middle of the night.... I could go on and on. The best part about it is that although the number of crazy things we ran into was high, I never never felt scared or threatened there. I always felt safe and wondered what was around the next literal and figurative corner.

Ahh Seattle. You are so amazing, yet so entertaining at the same time. I miss you. The good thing is that I bet they really debated and debated with lots of protests and public forums and letter writing campaigns and newspaper editorials and demonstrations before they tore down those houses. If I appreciate anything about Seattlites, its that they know how to exercise their democratic voice and often use it!

Re: Speaking of Religion and Politics…

Obama now is the president and I hope he will do what he needs to do for the country.

Re: Good luck, spammers.

It should solve your spam problem. Two dozen times. McCain dug his own grave on this one...

Why? Because 'Joe the Plumber''s "story" is more compelling than saying a (wealthy) small percentage of you will have your taxes go up under Obama's plan. That doesn't sell the issue to the majority of middle class (or 90-something percent who will get a tax cut under Obama) viewers... but "hey, if you work hard and get to a point where you can become an entrepreneur, you are going to be penalized for your hard work." does (or at least more so)... why not come out and say that, instead of keeping on this fake life story? Or, how about this... even easier: find a guy (or gal) that it really applies to and make them the centerpiece of your debate? That would have been too easy, huh?

To me, it just seems as if the McCain campaign has repeatedly shown they aren't very interested in the details, which is a big deal when you want to be a leader of a world super power (in my opinion.)

Re: Joe the (unlicensed) Plumber?

What's the point? This is merely a cheap attempt to discredit a guy who made some valid points. This information has no real bearing on the points he was making. A fine example of not only yellow, but blatantly biased "journalism." Scary stuff. She highlights ten steps a nation almost always takes (either a right wing or left wing government) in closing a society. Steps include spying in citizens, controlling the media, and privatizing militias.

One of the most concerning moments of her talk occurred when an audience member asked a question regarding her Naomi’s knowledge of Continuance of Governance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continuity_of_gove...) discussions in the military. The man asking the question described that he was a member of a military family and that there are strong debates occurring within the military right now about their role in a COG situation. Remember the military answers to the commander in chief, and they do not answer to the people. Coupled with ignoring Posse Comitatus and the Insurrection Act the topic of Naomi’s work starts to sound less and less like a conspiracy theory.

Unfortunately, if everything goes smoothly and Obama wins, the system will not correct itself. It is highly unlikely that Obama wouldn’t use the expanded powers of the executive branch to his own advantage, and without reversing this trend, future presidents, including republicans, will continue to have and abuse these new powers as well. Obama is not the solution to fixing the system, and I say this as an Obama supporter. We have to remember this after he wins and continue pushing for reform.

Re: McCain wins debate!

The sign of a good leader is if their capable of preemptively saying they won... even before the battle's over... just like Bush's "Mission Accomplished" ;)

Re: Declare bankruptcy, get a (huge) bonus

This is the very same stunt that Delphi/the auto industry and steel companies pulled-your Dad being one of many victims in this country. The very same Delphi executives that ran the company into the ground are STILL get huge bonus and stock option packages and STILL have their jobs. And, now the auto industry is looking for a government bailout, too! The tabloid, half truth, spin-it-to-death stories? It sure seems like those are the ones they are pushing, because they have no where to stand on the real issues.

I mean, what excites you about McCain? If you make under $250k per year, you'll get a better tax break; some kind of universal health care; more focus on the environment and alternative, renewable energies; focus on actually improving education (rather than a policy with a snappy name that doesn't do anything, like Bush); someone who actually understands the constitution and defends it; and someone who acknowledges that the economy is actually doing pretty poorly for a vast majority of Americans -- with Obama.

Palin and McCain don't talk about those issues very much, because they can't compete. Their campaign manager even says so... it tells you a lot about the campaign, when both acceptance speeches didn't touch on very many key issues (McCain's) or none at all (Palin).

Re: No Questions!

Bada-bing!!!!
